Here’s an experiment:
Step 1: Rate how you feel on a scale of 0 to 10, where:
- 0 = lousy and super sad
- 10 = the happiest and most excited you’ve ever been.
Step 2: Spend 2 minutes thinking of something super sad, like losing someone you loved, getting yelled at as a kid, or being picked on growing up. Rate yourself again.
Step 3: Spend 2 minutes thinking of something super happy and loving, like the day you got married, had a baby, realized you were in love for the first time, or got a brand new job. Rate yourself again.
If you’re anything like me, you’ve seen your scores go from about a 2-9/10 in a few minutes. The longer you spend in the lower numbers, the more your reality will shift to confirm you have reason to be sad or upset. Conversely, the more time you spend at the higher numbers, the more your reality will shift to prove your life is happy, loving, and fulfilled.
So, the critical difference is what you choose to think about, ultimately dictating how you will feel.

Make good decisions. It’s my wish for you to see you have a choice and you get the life you deserve. Underneath your choices lie peace, love, and bliss.
Go after them.
I’m so grateful for you,
