    Is there anyway to reduce the size of hips and thighs.  My waist is going down, but the hips and particularly the thighs are not changing at all.

    Hi, while i think all this information is awesome and as a nurse makes sense…i have to say i am completely overwhelmed and confused… there is something new everyday…then there is a new program to buy everyday after we were told the first program was the final answer…please clarify.. i need help… it is too much to take in.. am i supposed to do something different every day? the same workout for a week? please tell me where i can find some concise answers.. i love all the exercises but am so confused…also, my workout builder goes away to start anew whenever i click on an ipod link to see the exercise… thanks EHubble20

    Very disappointed with site…I’ve been trying to access for two months after paying for the full-throttle program.  I’ve never gotten log-in info, and get no response to the support tickets I’ve submitted for help.  I’ve finally asked for a refund….I think he’s a good guy with good stuff, but I’d be very careful spending your money….tech support is “customer non-service”

    At least you can still find the workout builder.  It was unavailable when Full Throttle first went online, with a message that said it would be ready to go in the future, and in the meantime to use the pre-configured workouts.  Now the link to the tool is no longer on the page.  How are you still accessing it, because I can’t.
