    These are great video/audios for time crunched moments – also am having awesome speedy results with the Double Edged Fat Laoss 2.0 DVD’s – even though I’m not nearly as fast yet as they are. The key is the design and the intensity. God bless you Dr. Kareem and Staff!

    Tried the Fat loss acceleration workout & wow! You could really feel the muscle working! However, i was wondering if the dumbells can be replaced with home items, I tried working with a cylinder shape bottle which prove to be too challenging. And may I know what are the warm-up exercises to do before this workout?

    loved the videos…it took a long time to view on my Mac..for some reason there were a lot of delays…could not play the stretch one it kept quitting on me….but from what i could see i loved them….you make sense!!  i am going to try the exercises and see if i can do them…thanks for being thorough !!!

    I bought the DEFL series, how do I workout without all of the equipment?  ie: medicine ball, balance balls etc.  Is there anything around my house that I can use instead?

    These videos are excellent.  I am still working on the ‘5-day Fat Loss Accelerator Mini Circuit and the HP Mini Spiker Set.  I have been so excited my husband has now joined in also and he is just as excited.  We are just finishing up on the 2-week diet.  We both can’t believe how much more energy we have and how good we feel.  I have lost 8 lbs so far and he has lost 9 lbs but more importantly, we fee good and feel our stomachs and whole body firming up….can’t believe this.  Have to admit I was very skeptical when I first began reading about Diet Solution…there are so many scams on the internet…I was very nervous.  But I am becoming more confident and trusting as I am having such good results and coming to realize throughout my experience with this whole program that I can trust Dr. Isobel and Dr. Kareen.  I just cannot believe the wonderful knowledge they both have and how it really is possible  for any age (myself being 63) to actually get such fast results from such simple exercises and simply eating healthy.  I must stress myself and my husband have never experienced losing weight and never being hungry.  We both love this whole program.  We have been very slow introducing ourselves into the program, getting familiar with the organic foods and into the exercise but we intend to keep with it.  We don’t consider this a ‘diet’ at all…it truly is a change in lifestyle.

    Dr.K,  In lower  trap I get a lot of “clicking”  in the right shoulder.  My right arm was broken just below the shoulder  years ago, could this be the cause of clicking?

    I have been in a wheelchair for three years (after having been working out for about 30+ years).  I am now beginning to move again and these workouts are just about ideal for me to start going.  I was looking for workouts I could do safely at home and these help a lot.  I have tried to keep the upper body going while I was confined, but walking was and is a challenge.  So far, so good.  Thanks for the information and the workouts.  I do what I can and my husband is home to watch over me.  I am looking forward to hiking someday again.  Thanks so much!  Susan

    Dr. K what a fabulous website 🙂 I really like that you have real people doing the exercises. I’m 58 and it makes me feel that I can do it too! I purchased your product through a link on Isabel’s Beyond Diet program. I’m sorry to say I haven’t started on your program yet but I will soon. I tend to research everything before I begin a life changing event.On DSP I have lost 25 lbs and now I want to start strength training so I purchased your plan.Wish me luck!

    I need to lose 20 more pounds. So far using the Adkins diet and medication I have lost 70 lbs. I am hoping the exercises will do this for me. I was wondering if you have any information about diets. I try to eat organic and eliminate as much sugar and definately no white bread, white rice, potatoes ( although french fries are my weakness). A baked sweet potatoe once in a while. I eat whole grains like quionia, plenty of salds and veggies. Drink water probably not as much as I should I try for 8 – 10 glasses a day. I walk between 4-8 miles and do zumba (2 1hr sessions). so if you have any ideas I would appreciate it. Thanks Debbie

    Dr. K: I notice that your toes are up on the bridge adductor squeeze as opposed to having your feet flat on the ground. Is this the correct form for this exercise and, if so, what’s the added benefit?

    What type of shoe is best for workouts? I rent a room and floors are tile. What is your recommendation on the length of time per day of exercise? 10 minutes -15-30 minutes. I just started a week ago and my lower back pain is gone. Thank you for your inspiration and sharing your life with us.

      hehe – yeah, KBJ, that was the idea. I really wanted to make the DEFL DVDs real and inspiring. Real workouts take effort, and overcoming obstacles, work-arounds, etc.

    I am really excited to use these exercises to help me to lose weight. Better yet I needed this to help me keep the weight off after it is gone. I am 61 years old and will be having my 62nd birthday in a few weeks. I have been trying to lose weight for years and have had good results with several diets. My biggest problem is keeping it off when the diet part of the plan is over. I would lose the weight and end up gaining it all back and more to boot. For the first time in 40 years I have something that gives me the hope of being able to keep the weight off when I reach my goal. Over the years I have gained and lost more weight than most people weigh. Now I’m to the point where I need to lose over 200 lbs. (yes I said over 200 lbs.). I had more or less lost any hope of getting to goal and keeping it off until now. For that all I can say is thank you. My only regret is that I didn’t find something like your program 40 years ago. Crash dieting and using every fad diet in the book has my metabolism in a total mess. For the first time in more than 20 years my back pain is under control and I’m sure as I lose more weight and the strength in my back muscles increases the pain will lessen even more than it already has. Unfortunately I don’t know how much weight I have lost so far as my home scales will not weigh me yet, all I do know is that my back hurts less and my cloths are getting lose. For that all I can say is Thank you, thank you, thank you.

      First off – just worry about getting the exercise portion down right now… stay focused and committed, while you work on mindset and slowly wean in nutritional goals and habits. In the beginning, it’s not about the weight – it’s about the habit.

      Weight will go… balance your body, and get real with yourself.

      You can and will do this – you just have to decide.
