    Hi Dr. K!

    I suppose this site and offer is no longer valid but I finally reached Workout 12 in FTFL.  I can’t believe it!  I’ve pretty much kept up the whole time right on schedule except over Thanksgiving when I was at my mom’s.  The good news is that I may have lost a pound that week instead of gaining the usual 5 when I’m there.  I feel great….muscles are toned and I weigh less than I can ever remember!  My blood pressure has gone back to low normals and I think my cholesterol is still dropping although I haven’t had it tested.  I’m hoping.  I’m able to do all the exercises although probably without a lot of weight but it still works.  I have trouble with those mountain jumpers.  I still haven’t been able do that one for 50 seconds.  Thanks for sharing all the information.  It helps to understand the whys of each exercise and that mixing it up matters.  Thanks again and Merry Christmas!
